Our cohort is led by accomplished Indian women driven by compassion, bold vision, and the will to uplift others
About us
SheRocks is a grassroots movement and community platform committed to empowering women across generations—starting hyperlocally in Gurgaon and expanding globally through technology, collaboration, and purpose.
Built on the belief that action creates change, SheRocks goes beyond conversations and workshops. We lead with hands-on initiatives that blend personal wellbeing, civic participation, intergenerational learning, and digital inclusion—creating real, measurable impact in the lives of women.
Intergenerational Engagement
Wisdom meets energy. Our programs connect grand mothers, mothers, and daughters—fostering empathy, cross-learning, and shared strength.
Time as Currency
Through our innovative Time_Bank, members donate their time and skills, and in return, receive help when they need it. It’s a circular economy of care and collaboration.
Civic + Personal Empowerment
From local governance support to digital literacy and wellness, we empower women not just to participate, but to lead—in their homes, communities, and beyond.
Hyperlocal to Global
We begin at the grassroots in Gurgaon, but our reach scales through digital platforms and partnerships—amplifying voices and stories worldwide.
Action > Talk
We don’t just discuss change. We drive it—on the ground, in homes, neighborhoods, and public policy
